Vee Garcia is the Grant Coordinator for the Green Action Fund. The Grant Coordinator is dedicated to helping students through the process of developing their sustainable ideas from proposal to fruition via the Green Action Fund. Vee is currently a student at UCCS pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Grant Writing, Management, and Program Evaluation after earning a BA in Organizational Communication and a minor in Professional & Technical Writing. With a longstanding passion for sustainability, especially environmental and climate justice, Vee is excited to get to work with the Office of Sustainability and The Green Action Fund to improve sustainability efforts campus-wide! When not in the office or working on assignments, Vee enjoys hiking, yoga, going to concerts, and PC gaming.
