Join us on Monday, October 3rd from 9am-12pm to help cleanup the Templeton Gap Floodway. The University adopted a segment of the creek through the City of Colorado Springs' adopt-a-waterway cleanup program. Three times a year, we invite volunteers to help us cleanup this precious resource. 

Must RSVP here for free lunch. Volunteer buffs and other prizes will be given out at the event.

Bike Jam is an annual UCCS event that encourages alternate methods of transportation, specifically bicycles, for the purpose of living healthier and sustainable lives! Bike Jam kicks-off our UCCS Bike Month Challenge, in which faculty, staff, and students can participate to win great prizes by riding for recreation or by commuting to and from UCCS

Join the Office of Sustainability for a morning in the fresh air, cleaning our adopted waterway. Bring work clothes, gloves, and lots of water and come ready to make our waterway beautiful!

Meet in Lot 100 near University Hall and we will walk down to the site as a group.

Colorado Bike to Work Day is Wednesday, June 22nd. Join us in celebrating commuting via bicycle to work!

Breakfast will be served at 10 locations throughout Colorado Springs. See the map below for more information. Breakfast will be served from 6:30-8:30am at each of the locations including bagels, coffee, fruit, and water.

Extra-long twin sheets, a Keurig, couches, lamps, shoes - all of these items could be found at the 2016 UCCS Ditch the Dumpster and Donate. Students, staff, and community members came together May 11 - 16 at the event to help divert waste during dormitory move-out at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
